On the IRIS stand:

We’ll be delighted to demonstrate why IRIS’s online ordering platform is powering F&B operations in some of the leading hotel groups of the world.

Some of the latest revenue-generating and resource-saving features on display include:

  • New search and filter function for allergens - The new search and filter function has been built to help manage allergens, intolerances, and preferences by enabling guests to personalise their menu choices and refine available items based on their specific dietary requirements.

  • Split Bill - Split Bill makes light work of splitting the bill and makes it simple for multiple guests to pay a single tab. Users can retrieve an Open Tab, set the amount they want to pay (including tip), pay, and then have other guests add payments from their own devices until they have paid the total.

  • Call Waitstaff - Here, guests can call a member of staff via the 'Call Waitstaff' button on the app. Staff are notified and given their location!

  • Advance Ordering - Advance Ordering enables guests to order groceries, toiletries, and other amenities ahead of their stay. Perfect for self-catering guests or to pre-order gifts for guests in the Honeymoon suite.

  • Discounts - Create custom discount codes to provide your guests with special offers - as a fixed amount or a percentage - which can be configured for multiple outlets or at only one.

  • Open Tab - Open Tab enables guests to start a tab, order multiple rounds of food and drink, and pay in one single transaction at the end. Groups can also order across multiple devices which can then be reconciled with one final bill to pay. Guests can retrieve the bill using the relevant table number, add a tip and pay by credit card.

All of these features have been designed to enrich the guest stay, streamline F&B resources and boost ancillary revenue for hoteliers.
